At Aktiv Fun, we provide safe, flexible and enriching after-school care for children and young people aged 3–16.
Our care extends into the local community, giving children opportunities to enjoy supervised activities and experiences at places such as libraries, parks and play zones.
We also collect children from school and, where arranged, following extracurricular activities, helping families manage different finishing times while ensuring children have a safe, enjoyable and engaging end to their day.

At Aktiv Fun, we believe after-school care should give children the opportunity to relax, have fun and enjoy new experiences after their school day.
We encourage children and young people to socialise, stay active, explore their interests and develop valuable life skills through a variety of engaging activities and community experiences.
From creative activities and reading to outdoor play and visits to local community spaces, our aim is to support confidence, independence, friendships and personal development.

Fun, Engaging Experiences Beyond the School Day

Community Activities & Experiences

Our after-school care goes beyond one setting. We believe children benefit from getting out, exploring their community and enjoying a variety of experiences. Depending on the day and planned activities, children may visit local libraries, parks, play zones and other suitable community spaces. These experiences provide opportunities for children to stay active, discover new interests, socialise, develop confidence and enjoy themselves after a busy school day. Activities and outings are planned with the children's ages, individual needs and safety in mind.

We understand that children's school days don't always finish at the same time. Aktiv Fun provides school collections as part of our after-school care service and where arranged, we can also collect children following extracurricular activities and clubs. This provides greater flexibility for busy families while ensuring children are safely collected and can continue their day with Aktiv Fun.
