The process

Submit application
Complete the application form with the required information about your child and your after-school care needs. Once we receive your application, our team will review the information and contact you to discuss availability, collection arrangements and any additional requirements.

Meet and greet
We invite you and your child to join us for a friendly meet and greet session. This is an opportunity to learn more about Aktiv Fun, meet our team, ask questions and discuss your family's after-school care requirements. We will explain how our school and extracurricular activity collections work, the types of activities and community spaces we use, and what your child can expect when they join us.

Secure Your Child's Place
Once your application has been processed and the necessary arrangements have been agreed, we'll confirm your child's place with Aktiv Fun and provide you with the information you need to get started. We look forward to welcoming your child to the Aktiv Fun community.
